Homestead New York, Inc. has celebrated its 1 year anniversary by opening a new boutique brokerage retail office and continuing to provide New Yorkers with quality apartments and investments.

(PRWEB) February 21, 2006 -- Homestead New York, Inc (www.homesteadnyc.com) has celebrated its 1 year anniversary by opening its second storefront office located at 1216 Lexington Ave between 82nd & 83rd Street. There they plan to house 30 more agents and do for the Rental & Sales market on the Upper East Side what they’ve done in lower Manhattan. Homestead New York, Inc. is Manhattan’s fastest growing Retail Real Estate Brokerage Firm. Partners Daniel Shamooil, President, and Eliahu Adahan, Vice President, broke into the ailing lower Manhattan real estate scene in 2002, where they made a name and a reputation for themselves as aggressive, professional agents in both sales and rentals, until beginning their own venture in August of 2004.

Their approach is aggressive to meet every clients needs in the shortest amount of time. With an energetic approach along with personal service and encyclopedic knowledge of the Manhattan market every client not only finds a new apartment, but also absorbs plenty of knowledge about today’s real estate market.

Shamooil and Adahan opened an impressive Storefront Retail Office in the heart of the Financial District at 102 Fulton Street, under developer Yair Levy. Currently, Homestead New York, Inc employs over 57 full time agents and staff, and attribute their success to its reputation of being highly selective in their hiring process.

Mr. Adahan states “Anyone and everyone is getting their real estate license these days, and most of them are not career oriented. Newly Licensed Real Estate Agents do not understand the level of hard work and commitment necessary to excel to the top of their field, and that’s what we want, aspiring real estate imperialists.” In his days as an agent, Mr. Adahan was featured in a full spread article in the New York Post real estate section in 2003, The article Titled “Rags to Riches,” addresses Mr. Adahan as New York City’s Bubble boy with gross sales in excess of $120,000 in rental transactions in just six months. The article can be seen at http://www.homesteadnyc.com/index.cfm?page=pr&pr=1.

Mr. Shamooil wants people to see Homestead New York, Inc. as a new face to the real estate industry, not just another corporation. Being a brokerage built from a different perspective gives us our distinct advantage.” Homestead New York, Inc. creates a service for their clients which makes them feel part of an experience. “Clients do not want to be toured around the city. They want to gain knowledge as well as a place to live.” “A typical 1-2 hour appointment with a Homestead agent will cover all aspects including, Demographics of the neighborhood, Transportation, Nightlife, Supermarkets, School Districts, and of course an A-Z explanation on how to rent or purchase an apartment in Manhattan.”

With a Breakthrough in the Pre-construction Condominium boom in lower manhattan, their venture has begun with a successful start for the new year grossing over $12,000,000 in Condominium Sales. “It is our goal to move into each and every neighborhood of Manhattan within the next 5 years, giving the larger corporate firms a giant wakeup call and a run for their money.”
