New on-line training classes for freight brokers & agents went live February 1, 2006. Ex-terminal manager, freight administrator & operations manager, and manager of training launch new on-line freight broker training classes.

(PRWEB) February 24, 2006 -- This is an interactive classroom type training. There is no time limit to finish. Take as long as needed. Students can ask questions via e-mail. All questions will be answered. Learn at own pace any hours of the day.

When one is willing and able the Gods join in. Aeschylus.

The On-Line Training site went live in early February. The course is for the serious individual who wants to become a Broker. Sign up at the company website.

The Truth: attending a 3 to 5 day training seminar will probably not prepare an individual to successfully become a Broker. Chances of being successful are not likely, if the individual has no transportation background. The best possible scenario would be to have some type of Transportation background. If it is feasible, work for an LTL carrier for 3 to 6 months. Hands on experiences are the best training for anyone.

This business cannot be taught in three to five days and expect the individual to actually set-up and start the business. There should be more hands-on training and more time to learn the material.

Statistic will show that most people who spend a lot of money on training schools do not learn enough to do the job on their own. This is the reason to take a course that will allow enough time and support to do what it takes to get the job done.

Most people who attend these schools want to become an Agent, thinking there is no liability or responsibility, just a nice commission. This is not the case. Individuals will learn all of the processes involved and will be responsible just as if the business is their own. This is hands on training that one cannot get in a 3 to 5 day freight broker seminar.
