Appoints Online Ad Industry Vet Doug Detlefsen As Sales Director

Durham, NH (PRWEB) February 28, 2006 – Doug Detlefsen, a 16-year veteran of the online advertising industry – most recently as an associate publisher with IDG – will join the management team at BackBeat Media as Sales Director.

Prior to his work with IDG as an associate publisher for several online publications, Detlefsen held a variety of positions in online and newspaper advertising sales and business development. Detlefsen will work from his Livermore, California office, working closely with BackBeat Media co-founder and vice president for sales and marketing Greg Snyder.
