The city is known for its pure beauty and its luxury homes are no exception. Intertwining tree-lined streets throughout the many magnificent residential areas favor single-family, country club and waterfront luxury homes as well as prestigious condominiums and breathtaking mansions. The average price varying from moderate to the extraordinary and properties can range from $200,000 up to $25 million.
Boca Raton has seen a huge rise over the years in its economy. But all three agents offer the same words of caution: "We all think we are seeing the lull before the storm hits again in another year or so. With the aging baby boomer population starting to get serious about retirement, it won't be long before the inventory of houses and condominiums in areas like Boca Raton disappears again, especially with these high-end luxury homes." Right now the smart buyers are taking full advantage of the fact that they can shop around the Real Estate market instead of rushing into a purchase.
