(PRWEB) March 16, 2006 -- "Decency security and liberty alike demand that government officials shall be subjected to the rules of conduct that are commands to the citizen. In a government of laws, existence of the government of laws, existence of the government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our government is the potent, omnipresent teacher; for good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for the law, it invites every man to become a law unto himself. It invites anarchy." United States v. Olmstead, 277 U.S. 438 (1928)
On March 8, 2006, Rev. John Stone was arrested for faxing to Kent Harding, their former landlord accused of stealing all of his family's property and property of third parties while the Stones were in a chapter 11 reorganization bankruptcy.
The theft came about after the Stones had filed their civil rights and RICO lawsuit naming 37 defendants including President Bush, 12 federal and state judges, attorneys, Albertson's, Safeway, and Fanfare Media Works.
The Stones included in the lawsuit the acts stemming from the the first attempt of the illegal eviction and the acts of the judges faciliting the wrongdoing as continuing and additional RICO acts against them. The Stones had been battling the injustices perpetuated against them for the past seven years, being denied access to the courts, time and time again.
The lawsuit named the judges, landlord, and his attorneys as perpetrators and benefactors of the racketeering in the Arizona bankruptcy system, along with the others.
After the Stones filed their lawsuit in the Federal District Court of Arizona, they notified the landlord and attorneys of the pending suit, and within a matter of days, without legal notice and a hearing,
the Stones were ambushed at their rental residence, forced off the property, and all personal and business property seized, withheld, and then claimed abandoned and sold.
Notifying the courts of the landlord's acts, all the Stones' requests and pleas were ignored and dismissed as not related to the case in the federal district and bankruptcy courts.
Police reports were filed, only no word to date from the police concerning the report filed, except a victims letter giving notice of receiving the report.
Because of the rulings in the federal courts, the Stone took their issues to Arizona Superior Court, and notified the defendants and others via the faxes of the filings.
According to the Stones, the arrest and the extremely and unusually high bail is another tactic to prevent the prosecution of their claim. For more on this story, go to, http://www.theexposure.com.
