Jesse Deese, founder of SongScope.com (sm), joins forces with Joe McClure of the McClure Broadcast Group and Buddy Nelms of The Loft Entertainment Group to form a new partnership in which the first major success is the completion of a vintage audio recording facility.

(PRWEB) March 21, 2006 -- SongScope.com (sm), the Online Music Catalog Pioneer, Expands Services to Songwriters with a newly constructed vintage Artist Development and Recording Facility.

Columbus, GA – March 15, 2006 -- SongScope.com (sm), in operation since 1999, has partnered with two other like-minded companies to form an “Incubator” Artist Development and Recording Facility in historic Columbus, Georgia’s entertainment district which includes a multi-million dollar digital vintage recording studio, award-winning graphic/multimedia production studio and live performance venue.

Jesse Deese, founder of SongScope.comsm, joins forces with Joe McClure of the McClure Broadcast Group and Buddy Nelms of The Loft Entertainment Group to form a new partnership in which the first major success is the completion of a vintage audio recording facility (www.TheLoft.com). This facility is equipped with a Neve 8108 console, Studer A827 2” tape machine and ProTools HD through Apogee converters, providing for the best of both analog and digital recording formats.

The studio was constructed above “The Loft”, a premier southeast showcase venue in historic Columbus, GA. Since 1992, The Loft’s stage has been instrumental in developing the careers of such contemporary artists as Shawn Mullins, Edwin McCain, Jennifer Nettles, Sugarland, Angie Aparo, Sister Hazel, Keni Thomas, Susan Tedeschi, Dido and Beebo Norman, to name a few. “The studio was a natural complement to our performance venue, booking and promotion experience,” says co-founder, Buddy Nelms. “Now we have a world-class recording facility wired directly to our stage.”

Consistent with SongScope’s vision to further empower songwriters, image development, package design and web development will be directed by Sean Michael Schoff, a veteran graphic-media designer and founder of the SeanroX.com Graphic Studio, also housed within The Loft’s historic campus.

“We have this overwhelming wealth of intellectual capital on staff – a team of people committed to the art of the process of working with artists and bringing out the best in them,” says Jesse Deese, who will be focused on artist development, recording and music production.

The SongScope Artist Development Team is currently in search of talent to develop with an emphasis on Singer/Songwriters. “We are always looking for artists with something positive to share with the world,” says The Loft Partners’ President, Joe McClure.

Interested artists should submit material for consideration to:
