Master coach Peggy O'Neal challenges Oprah and the three experts that are appearing in her series suggesting that America needs to go on a diet -- a financial diet. (PRWEB) March 21, 2006 -- Master coach Peggy O'Neal challenges Oprah and the three experts that are appearing in her series suggesting that America needs to go on a diet -- a financial diet. O'Neal's claim: The "Diet" mentality does not work to sustain long-term change... financially or otherwise. http://www.highpointselling.com

Oprah suggests that the financial condition of many Americans is an epidemic and that people are living a lie. According to Winfrey, 70% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck.

The real opportunity for long-term change is for people to be aware of what they’ve been focusing on that they have these results. If all people do is pay off debt, without knowing what motivated them to get into the situation to begin with, they are doomed to repeat it
Oprah’s motives are sound, but the approach might not be. Diets traditionally don’t work over time as most people who have tried that approach can testify.

“The real opportunity for long-term change is for people to be aware of what they’ve been focusing on that they have these results. If all people do is pay off debt, without knowing what motivated them to get into the situation to begin with, they are doomed to repeat it,” explains O’Neal. http://www.highpointselling.com

Peggy O’Neal, with eighteen years experience as a master coach helping people create the financial futures they want, claims there is a better way. Begin by consciously deciding how much money you want to spend and make, and devise a strategy to accomplish those aspirations. Diets solve problems, but don’t create futures. http://highpointselling.com/products.html

“You want to become conscious about what matters to you and the life you want to live. You want to create that future, with thinking, feeling and actions that align with what you want. You have to design practices that help you not revert to old habits. And, when you do, which you will, forgive yourself and make appropriate adjustments as you continuously improve.”

O’Neal has made available her three-part series, “Get Real, Get Out of Debt and Get Financial Sanity” free, to get you started. Go to http://www.highpointselling.com/oprah.html
