James is responsible for all client services including implementations, integrations, training, and support, as well as client retention activities as they relate to services.

As Western Division Director at Noblestar Systems ─ previously Austin Software Foundry ─ James was responsible for the management for all operations including business development, client relationships, and managing the division’s resources. Additionally, she oversaw and delivered multiple projects while at Noblestar for clients including Goldman Sachs, Payless ShoeSource, The 401K Company (a subsidiary of Nationwide Insurance), and Harris County.
