FamilyTimePlanner.com Announces New “Views,” Price Structures and Membership into BBB Online Reliability Program

In recent months, FamilyTimePlanner.com has been very active - building service enhancements and simplifying product selection in order to increase the ease with which families can create, join and visualize their calendars.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) March 23, 2006 -– In recent months, FamilyTimePlanner.com (http://www.familytimeplanner.com) has built several new calendar views, increased the number of display options available to every view and reduced the price for calendars targeted to webmasters and businesses. In addition, FamilyTimePlanner is pleased to announce that they have been certified in the Better Business Bureau Online Reliability program.

FamilyTimePlanner has eliminated the requirement to show the FamilyTimePlanner banner on “Personal” and “Club” calendars. This ability was one of the primary differentiators of the calendar configuration that was targeted to webmasters. Now that everyone can control the display of the banner, there is no longer a need for the special calendar type for webmasters. Webmasters can now sign up for a “Personal” calendar and get the same features as the Web calendar once provided while saving over $30/year.

Powering this transformation of the service, FamilyTimePlanner has new Day, Week, and Month views that let families organize how they look at their calendar to match how they plan their time. The new Week view can start on either Sunday, as typical calendars do, or Monday, in accordance with a ‘work week’, keeping the weekend days grouped together. Day views can consist of either a list of events in order by the events’ start time, or a schedule highlighting the times of day that a Family Member has an activity with their assigned color. And Month views can now show more than just the event’s title & time. This gives groups, such as churches and clubs, the ability to display information in a manner more useful to their members.

“These enhancements were typical of those that our customers requested. We are very pleased with the reception and response to the new views and controls. And the new Print View link for each view allows the calendar to use more space on the paper and reduces the amount of color ink needed when printing calendars,” says Rob Morin, President of BLIE Enterprises, Inc., the company that operates FamilyTimePlanner.

Rob continues, “FamilyTimePlanner is also excited to put the Better Business Bureau’s Online Reliability Program seal on our site exemplifying our focus on providing a Service to our patrons. Membership and corporate information can be confirmed by clicking on the emblem.”

About FamilyTimePlanner.com
FamilyTimePlanner is focused on providing an online calendar service designed to assist today’s busy families by focusing on the schedule of the group, rather than simply trying to merge the schedules of individuals. It was the first service to allow for unlimited users or ‘family members’ and assign a highlight color to each. Whenever a family member has an activity on the calendar, the activity appears in the associated color. FamilyTimePlanner.com calendars show no advertising and only charge a small annual subscription fee. FamilyTimePlanner.com has been in operation since 2004.
