Mediabids Launches Online Print Ad Sales Application Ad-Space Links

Mediabids.com, the online print advertising marketplace, launches "Ad-Space Links," an online application that enables newspapers and magazines to sell display ads in their print editions directly from their website.

Winsted, CT (PRWEB) March 29, 2006 -- In response to recent surveys conducted with over 8,500 registered advertisers and 3,500 publications nationwide, Mediabids.com, the online print advertising marketplace, are pleased to announce the launch of "Ad-Space Links," an online application that enables publications to sell display ads in their print editions directly from their Web site.

About Ad-Space Links: Publications with print advertising space listed on Mediabids.com can place a button on their publication's Web site linking directly to these live offers available on Mediabids.com. Publications will receive pre-payment for any ads sold.

Ad-Space Links will be tested by invitation only beginning March 31, 2006 and available immediately to all new publications completing a simple registration on Mediabids.com. Invitations have been sent to over 3,500 newspapers and magazines who have pre-registered on Mediabids.com.

Survey Results: 92 percent of print advertisers would prefer to buy display ads from a newspaper or magazine Web site at their convenience versus calling on a sales rep and ordering ad space between the hours of 9-5.
