Whitley, which operates factories in South Whitley and Rochester, Indiana, as well as Seattle, Washington, was nominated in eleven categories, winning in eight.

It transitioned to a manufacturer of commercial modular structures in 1971 and has consistently won numerous awards at MBI conventions.
