New Web Site Offers Free Analysis to Find the Best Rates for Credit Card Merchant Account Processing

A new web site provides a free service to business owners who are frustrated by high credit card processing costs.

Tampa, Fla. (PRWEB) March 30, 2006 -- An independent consultant has created a new web site offering businesses a free analysis to determine if their credit card processing fees are too high.

“There are a variety of different credit card processing fees, and trying to figure them out is a difficult task for an untrained person,” explained Chris Enders, an independent merchant account consultant. “The merchant account companies purposely make their statements and fees difficult to understand, and that makes it hard for the average person to figure out if they can save money with a different company.”

Enders explained that any company can fax three months of credit card processing statements for a free analysis.

“Before you fax your statements you can block out any information you wish. I only need the dollar figures. It’s that simple. Once I complete my research I provide a free report detailing exactly how much money is being wasted each month because of high fees,” said Enders.

Business owners can fax a cover sheet and statements toll-free to 1-800-603-5968.

Companies that accept a credit card for payments must have a credit card processor, or merchant account to complete the transaction. Money is transfered from the customer’s credit card or debit card and into the company’s bank account. This transfer is completed by the credit card processing company for a number of different fees.

The total fees charged for credit card processing can get rather high, which reduces the amount of profit for a company. Most business owners and managers do not have the time to figure out all the fees and compare them to the fees of other companies. As a result, many companies unknowingly pay far to much for credit card merchant account services.

Ender’s web site at http://www.CreditCardProcessingMerchantAccount.com/info.php offers tips and suggestions to businesses already using a credit card merchant account and to business owners who are ready to set up a merchant account for the first time.

“There is a great deal to be considered in starting a new merchant account, or switching from one account to another. Merchant account companies will send their representative to help you, but their advice is always slanted in their favor. Using an independent consultant is always the wisest choice,” explained Enders.
