Book on Body Wraps 5 Year Anniversary

October 2005 marked the 5 year anniversary of Wrap Your Self Slim: Body Wraps Exposed. The book contains do-it-yourself recipes for skin conditioning, inch loss, mud, seaweed, and herbal body wraps.

Miami, FL (PRWEB) March 30, 2006 -- In October 2000, Danielle Sims wrote her first book on body wrap recipes. Wrap Your self Slim is the first and only book totally about body wraps.

Traditionally, body wraps have been offered for years by health spas, fitness spas and franchised facilities. Some reported spending as much as $150 for this treatment. After a wrap, spa clients have reported that their skin felt softer, their skin felt tighter, experienced a diminished appearance of cellulite and even a loss of inches. Results vary for each person.

Danielle has always been a do-it-yourselfer. Before Wrap Yourself Slim, she was always making her own lotions, oils, facial masks. So to her friends it was no surprise that she came up with a body wrap book.

"Once I knew the properties of the clays, seaweeds, oils and herbs that are used in cosmetic and beauty preparations and their Latin or scientific names, I began to experiment with different recipes," says Danielle.

Body wraps have been used and promoted to be a supplement to any weight loss program.

"Losing inches can encourage you to stick to your diet and exercise plan," says Danielle.

Wrap Yourself Slim has always included a well rounded program for health improvement by including information on diet, exercise and being healthy in addition to plenty of body wrap recipes to help tighten and condition the skin during the weight loss process.

In 2003, Danielle has added new information included in her 2nd edition of the book. This new edition includes better body wrap recipes, a table containing all ingredients and thiner properties to help the reader customize their own recipes and detoxification bath recipes. There is also anti-aging information and recipes for the skin.

The book is only available via the Internet as an electronic
book. Two easy to read formats are available; PDF and an
executable webpage version. This format allows instant access after purchase. The reader is able to print the book or read it on their computer.
