With the launch of the new Beer.com podcast, people can now take the funniest, coolest, sexiest content on the web with them wherever they go.

April 6, 2006 (PRWEB) -- Beer.com announced the launch of their first Podcast. The bi-weekly show explores the funniest, coolest, sexiest content on the web and brings with it a few new exclusive elements only available on the podcast.

“Beer.com is bigger than just a web site.” said Beer.com Editor-in-Chief Rick Brown. “It’s the kind of content that people talk about when they’re with their friends – the latest viral video, a funny commercial, a gorgeous girl. We want people to be able to take the content with them wherever they go so that they can reference it right there.”

It’s the kind of content that people talk about when they’re with their friends – the latest viral video, a funny commercial, a gorgeous girl. We want people to be able to take the content with them wherever they go so that they can reference it right there.
Podcast hosts Erik “The Woodman” Woods and Ed “EddyRock” Sylvester banter back and forth giving a behind-the-scenes perspective on the site, interviews with celebrities and generally spend a lot of time laughing. The show has regular features like “Talking with Hot Chicks” and “Johnny C's Juicy Jugs of the Week” which is a restaurant-style review of celebrity breasts. Listeners are also encouraged to send in funny pictures, videos, music and audio clips.

“People are starving for funny, sexy, cool content. They need a break from the reality of their daily lives – Beer.com is the window into the fantasy life that only exists in beer commercials. Gorgeous women, lots of laughter, hanging out with your buddies – that’s what Beer.com is about.”

“There are many other things that we’re planning to add in future podcasts.” Brown adds. “It will continue to grow and evolve, but the most important thing is for our audience to send us their content. We want them to send us their funny pictures and videos. We want them to take pictures of their girlfriends and send them in – that’s where we will get the best content because it’s real. Some of the most viral things on the web have been real-life bizarre events captured in a photograph, a video or a story written out in an email.”

Beer.com is also allowing users to download its podcast intro and extro theme music and use it to create their own mash-ups and variations which may be featured in upcoming podcasts.
