The upgraded version offers more enhanced features, including SQL Server Reporting Capabilities, Archiving, and enhanced Disbursement abilities.

The upgraded version offers more enhanced features, including SQL Server Reporting Capabilities, Archiving, and enhanced Disbursement abilities.
The newly enhanced version of WebCOBRA.com allows for more control over reporting capabilities. The Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services allow the user to drill down into the data with an interactive viewer. This new reporting service also allows for the ability to export any report to six different formats including XML, Excel, and PDF. Also with the new reporting services, emailing is made even easier. Included in the new reporting capabilities is the ability to run reports for specialized groups of Client/Employers.
Not only will TPAs be able to archive their QBs and Employees but they will be able to de-archive them with a click of a mouse. Archiving has been included to allow the user more control over the size of the data and to allow the user to clean-up their listings of all the terminated QBs and Employees. Archiving is made simple via WebCOBRA.com's wizard style entry.
Disbursements were added in the February '06 release and have been enhanced further in the April '06 release. With this April '06 release, WebCOBRA.com users will now be able to decide what premiums get disbursed and to whom. The user can now select on a per plan level if the premium will be disbursed to the Sponsor/Carrier, Client/Employer or not to disburse the premium at all.
