The workshop will be presented on Sunday, April 30 on the opening day of the AAFD 2006 Annual Conference in Orlando.
Scheduled presenters include David E. Omholt, CEO of the Entrepreneur Authority, Tom McLanahan, Franchise Advisor with The Entrepreneur Authority, Tim Galfas, CEO of Automotive Resources International, (the AAFD’s Franchisor of the Year for 2006), and prominent Florida franchise attorney, Robert Einhorn. The workshop will expose prospective franchisees to AAFD strategies for a positive franchising experience.
Sponsored by The Entrepreneur Authority, subjects to be covered in the workshop include the history of franchising, important franchise terminology, industry statistics, advantages and disadvantages of buying a franchise, due diligence, the franchise selection process and the value of the AAFD Fair Franchising Seal. Attendees at the workshop will be invited to attend AAFD Annual Conference programs on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
