“I had no idea I was on The Soup until a friend called me. When I saw the show myself I couldn’t believe it,” says Foley. “They obviously got a kick out of what I call my Bodacious Moment or BoMo when I went to work one day at America Online without my pants. I had to laugh, too, about how they took 15 or so seconds from the clip and made me seem like I was glassy-eyed and surreal. Being spoofed like that could have been disheartening, but for me it was another BoMo. By putting myself on TV I risked a little ribbing, but it’s turned into a fabulous opportunity. And that’s what bodacious women do. They are willing to take a risk for a greater reward. My reward is more people knowing about my bodacious message so they can benefit.”
Foley is author of “Bodacious! Woman: Outrageously in Charge of Your Life and Lovin’ It!”, winner of an honorable mention as “One of the 10 Best Outstanding Books of the Year in 2005” by the Independent Publishers Association.
