Chicago, IL (PRWEB) May 2, 2006 -- As part of the Milk Processor Education Program to increase milk consumption amongst elementary school students, Crystal Cream & Butter of Sacramento enlisted Vennetti Design of Chicago to create new milk packaging.
The Milk Processor Education Program (Milk PEP), Washington, D.C., is funded by the nation's milk processors, who are committed to increasing fluid milk consumption. The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) is contracted by Milk PEP to administer processor-funded programming. For more information on the campaign, go www.milkpep.org.
The concept for Kool Kow came from a collaboration between Crystal Cream & Butter and Vennetti Design. Kool Kow is distributed in schools in a variety of milk flavors and healthy choices, including whole, strawberry, reduced fat, chocolate low-fat, chocolate no-fat, and fat-free.
Vennetti Design, Inc., a full service design and marketing agency located in Chicago's West Loop, created Kool Kow’s unique packaging to give milk a fresh new look and grab children’s attention in the cafeteria. “Vennetti Design was able to meet all of our needs and deliver quality, creative labeling for our package re-design,” said Dave Walker VP of Sales and Marketing for Crystal Cream & Butter Co. He added, “Schools have been very pleased with the new graphics and we have seen a 5% to 7% increase in school consumption.”
