Matchbin.com Launches the Servicefront e-commerce with a Spin

Now there’s a new online way for customers to find businesses, and for businesses to find customers.

Salt Lake City, UT (PRWEB) May 5, 2006 -- Matchbin.com, a Salt Lake City, Utah-based company, officially launched its Servicefront product that will forever change the way product and service suppliers find customers and vice-versa.

Servicefronts are fully customizable websites supported by Matchbin’s proprietary technology. They provide extensive advertising and other promotional capabilities that are more advanced than the typical “Yellow Page” online ad.

Our Servicefronts come with a patent pending Active Match technology,” says Matchbin CEO Reed Brown. “ActiveMatch proactively matches customers with businesses, and businesses with customers, both locally and nationally. A customer places a free listing of a specific item or service through any of our 280 partner sites nationwide. ActiveMatch then searches for an individual or business who can meet the request and delivers all matches to the consumer. If the business that matches the request has a Servicefront, the potential customer can then view all information listed on their site, such as the business description, special offers, hours of operation, directions to the location, references, a photo gallery, Eighty-four percent of users searching online for local services make a purchase, so, the more information a business can provide the searching customer, the greater the chance of making the sale.”

For years Raymond Hamilton, owner of Hamilton Photography, has struggled to build his clientele. “Most people only need a photographer once or twice a year. This means it takes a lot of clients to make a photography studio successful. If you’re good, getting repeat customers is easy and doesn’t cost much. It’s getting them as clients in the first place that’s difficult. The advertising needed to keep a studio busy can cost thousands of dollars and is as tricky as it is expensive. This ‘hidden’ expense dooms many small businesses right from the start,” says Hamilton.

With over 3 billion Internet local business searches per year, an Internet presence is increasingly a “must-have” for local businesses. Having online visibility ensures that people doing online buying research will be able to see and interact with a business 24/7. Matchbin’s Servicefronts provide an advanced online presence at a cost that’s very affordable, even for small businesses.

Servicefronts can be found through a name or zip code search on any Matchbin Partner site. They can also function as stand alone sites.
