Psichometrics International is pleased to announce that it has completed HR-XML integrations with leading job boards in the US and China, with both companies releasing products on April 1. The company has recently signed a distribution and service agreement with a leading provider of HR services to multi-national corporations for the Chinese market. This new partnership recognizes the huge demand for quality assessment tools from multi-nationals seeking to improve the selection, development and training of employees as they expand operations in China. With automatic download to recruiter’s accounts, the system enables companies to improve recruiting and retention without spending millions of dollars on technology and implementation.
