NYC-based Real Estate Arts, Inc. markets Plaza Hotel commercial condominium.
New York (PRWEB) May 12, 2006 –- The Plaza Hotel is undergoing a dramatic transformation to become the world’s most prestigious residential address, a five-star hotel and one-of-a-kind mixed-used commercial space. The real estate industry’s most innovative advertising agency, Real Estate Arts, Inc. was hired by Cushman & Wakefield to market the commercial condominium component of the new Plaza.
The 165,690 square foot commercial component will create the ultimate Fifth Avenue retail destination, demanding marketing collateral of distinction. REA worked closely with the client to preserve The Plaza’s classic image but more importantly to imbue it with a sense of modernity and metamorphosis. A high-profile brochure was created, extending a special invitation to the world’s most high-profile retailers to become a part of this landmark hotel conversion.
Real Estate Arts’ Senior Designer Cecilia Ambros developed a conceptual approach for the project, juxtaposing classical and modern design elements to illustrate The Plaza’s rebirth. “The Plaza is without doubt an iconic NYC landmark as well as a symbol of elegance. Our challenge was to rediscover its glamour and sophistication and translate it to the property’s new role as a mixed-use development,” says Ambros.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to work on such a world-class property,” says REA President Michael Goodgold. “From commercial to residential to retail, REA has marketed some of the nation’s finest buildings, growing our standards as we grow our client list.”
