Bridges, a records management and legal professional, has been named Practice Manager and Chief Legal Counsel. In this role, he is responsible for providing legal counsel to Cadence Group as well as designing, implementing, and managing records management (RM) solutions, especially those with complex organization requirements.
Mr. Bridges continues as a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia since 1987 and has more than 18 years’ experience in employment and labor law, litigation support, document and records management, and records compliance issues. He has a history of successful RM program and project management with large organizations including Fortune 15 companies and the Department of Defense. In his law practice, Mr. Bridges focused on employment and labor matters, corporate governance, document and file management, federal and state litigation, and racketeering influence and corrupt organization (RICO) cases.
His expertise includes information management compliance training and tracking in satisfaction of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, strategic plans and best practices for nontraditional records in electronic and non-electronic formats, designing system specifications for complex information management solutions, and managing the digitizing of more than three million documents for a database environment.
In his Cadence Group role, Mr. Bridges will work with clients to design, implement, and manage RM solutions, particularly those of a complex or non-traditional nature. He will provide consulting, training, and best practices guidance.

Mr. Bridges earned a B.A. in History and Political Science from Mercer University and a J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
