Hosted by radio veteran Bruce Fisher, the podcast is devoted to helping people plan trips to Hawaii. The podcast provides valuable information on pricing, trends and vacation itineraries submitted by podcast listeners.

(PRWEB) May 29, 2006 -- Launched initially on May 1, 2006 "The Hawaii Vacation Connection" http://feeds.feedburner.com/HawaiiVacationConnection is the only podcast devoted strictly to helping people plan trips to Hawaii.

The show is hosted by radio veteran Bruce Fisher who has resided in the Islands for 14 years." I love doing the podcasts" Bruce says, who has been away from the microphone for almost 10 years." When I left the airwaves, I did it for good and never thought I would be doing anything like this again" Fisher left the radio business to become the CEO of www.hawaii-aloha.com which is now one of the most searched sites on the Internet for inbound travelers to Hawaii. Fisher says; "I really enjoy helping people with trips and commenting on them in the podcast, sometimes I can help someone avoid a big mistake in their vacation".

I really enjoy helping people with trips and commenting on them in the podcast, sometimes I can help someone avoid a big mistake in their vacation
Each 12 minute podcast segment is packed with valuable information on pricing, trends and Hawaii vacation itineraries submitted by podcast listeners. Topics range from booking Hawaii All inclusive packages to sailing Hawaii cruises covering just about anything having to do with Hawaii Travel. The podcast also covers Hawaii vacation trends by measuring travel searches coming from Hawaii Aloha Travel's "Hawaii Vacation package finder" http://hawaii-aloha.com/HAT/BSTAvailF1.html. Hundreds of users a day use this system to plan Hawaii vacations which are then measured and analyzed in the podcast. These numbers are also made available to media outlets to help determine trends to Hawaii. In addition, each podcast has a segment devoted to the personal itineraries which are submitted by users. The itineraries are then made available online for other users to enjoy and modify for themselves. " Booking a Hawaii vacation is complicated and people really need a helping hand to sort through all of the information that is available" says Fisher.

Fisher, has done both radio and television and contributed/appeared in stories for the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Travel Weekly, Travel Trade, Agent West, Travel Agent - Home Based, Honolulu Advertiser, Honolulu Star Bulletin, Pacific Business News and Hawaii Business.
