Adventure Coach Is Looking To Help Women Rebuild Their Lives

June is “Rebuild Your Life Month.” Adventure Coach, Liz Mckay shows women how they can rebuild their mind, body and soul by facing fears and adding a touch of physical excursion.

Napa, CA (PRWEB) June 7, 2006 -- “Something is missing in my life,” is a feeling many women carry with them in the pit of their stomach.

They might be happy in their marriage, make plenty of money, or they might feel very dissatisfied in their relationship and dream of a career change. The one constant with these women though is that something just doesn’t feel right.

Liz Mckay, owner of http://www.wilddreamcoach.com is encouraging women during the month of June, which has been slated, “Rebuild Your Life Month” to seriously look at where they are in their life and if they’re really happy. “Some women simply need to reset their personal compass,” Explains Mckay. “Finding a goal a woman can call their own, and work towards can completely change her mental outlook for the better.

Women are great at taking care of everyone else, but themselves. They can make sure their spouse is happy, the kids are doing well in school, they’re giving their all at work, but when it comes to their own well being, ladies are usually last on the list.

“That’s the last place a women needs to find herself, explains Mckay. “Women need to first take care of themselves.” To many women it sounds odd to hear that, it’s almost sounds as though they are being…gasp -- selfish. However, putting yourself at the top, taking care of yourself both mentally and physically is going to make a woman feel better about herself. Which in the end will make her a better partner, parent and more confident in her career.

Many women run from things in their lives that will cause them fear, anxiety and a little physical excursion. In reality a little of this is actually good for the heart, soul and mind. Pushing yourself to see what you’re really made of, to see how much reserves you have inside of you can make you a happier person and fill that missing void.

Liz Mckay has been helping women for 10 years to find and reach their personal goals. She has recently felt drawn to focus more on coaching women find that physical adventure they can work towards and has created http://www.wilddreamcoach.com. From planning a solo trip, running a marathon to rafting the Colorado River. Whatever a woman has always wished she could do, but has put aside for one reason or another. Don’t push it to the back any longer. Make your wild dreams happen today by rebuilding your life and focusing more on your happiness.
