Dog lovers and owners everywhere, came to participate in the Best in Show to support the Lied Animal Shelter in Las Vegas, Nevada. Well wishes from Neiman Marcus, Graff Diamonds, The Wynn Resort, the Palms Resort, Four Seasons, Siegfried and Roy, Wolfgang Puck and Dale and Kenn Wynn to name a few were recognized at the event. Greetings even came in from the Houssels’ Great Danes, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Audrey Hepburn and Angelina Jolie.
Los Angeles (PRWEB) June 8, 2006 -- Dog lovers and owners everywhere, came to participate in the Best in Show to support the Lied Animal Shelter in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event launched with a VIP Brunch and Silent Auction. VIP’s gazed and worked to outbid one another at the silent auction. Generous donations for the silent auction came from the Montage Resort & Spa, Neiman Marcus, Cartier, Agassi Foundation, Tiffany & Co., Bellagio, Le Cirque, Saks Firth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Polo Ralph Lauren, Four Seasons, Ferragamo and Hedy Manon.
Robin Leach previously of the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous welcomed everyone to the event followed by the National Anthem. The event helped to raise money for the Lied Animal Shelter who continues to work tirelessly to make life better for animals that are lost and stray. Many of these animals are neglected and abandoned and left to fend for themselves through speeding cars, wild animals and extreme weather conditions. The shelter recently completed the Spectacular Adoption Bungalows and Expanded the Lied Shelter Building.
“Pet adoption and the betterment of animals that are lost and stray must be a priority in every community. It is exciting to see how many sponsors and support the Lied foundation has received.
