Natural Appetite Suppressant Found in South Africa

Scientists have just discovered that the newest secret to weight loss is a plant that South Africans have used to suppress their appetites for years.

Memphis, TN (PRWEB) June 10, 2006 --Scientists across the nation say they’ve discovered an organic ingredient that kills appetites and attacks obesity, leading to rapid weight loss and overall better health.

This miracle ingredient is called Hoodia Gordonii, and it’s found in a new weight loss supplement called DiatrinH. Hoodia is found inside cactus trees in the African Kalahari desert.

The San Bushmen of the Kalahari, one of the world’s oldest and most primitive tribes, have been eating Hoodia for thousands of years to stave off hunger during long hunting trips.

According to Dr. Richard Dixey with Phytopharm Pharmaceutical Company, who organized the first animal trials for hoodia, Hoodia caused rats, a species that will eat literally anything, to stop eating completely.

“What the hoodia seems to contain is a molecule that is about 10,000 times active as glucose,” Dixey said. “It goes to your mid-brain and actually makes those nerve cells fire as if you were full. But you have not eaten, nor do you want to.

DiatrinH makes use of the appetite-suppressing qualities of Hoodia Gordonii, but also incorporates herbal ingredients long known to increase energy and improve mood, giving dieters what a company spokesman calls “a triple team weight loss effort.”

Kelly Jackson of Atlanta said she’s been a compulsive eater for years and for a long time thought she would never be able to stop that habit. She added that after trying DiatrinH, she now eats less and is two sizes smaller than she use to be.

“I really cannot believe how well DiatrinH has worked for me. I am a major emotional eater, so I didn’t think an appetite suppressant would have any effect on my eating when I am nervous or bored, because I’m actually not hungry when I’m doing it! But it really did make that constant need to be eating just disappear. I have been on the meal plan now for two months and it’s surprisingly satisfying. I never feel the need to go off the plan or splurge. I’ve lost 17 pounds in two months and still going strong, and I owe it all to DiatrinH.”

DiatrinH is manufactured by Memphis-based Selmedica Healthcare. For more information about weight loss, visit www.diatrinH.com.
