CNN Segment to Feature FavoriteAgent.com's Matt Jones: North Carolina REALTOR to Be the Focus of Pulse on America

North Carolina REALTOR® Matt Jones, President and CEO of FavoriteAgent.com, will be the focus of an upcoming segment on CNN titled “Special Report: Changing the Way Real Estate Is Sold in America.” Jones founded FavoriteAgent.com only two years ago but is already an acknowledged force in the new age of real estate.

Fayetteville, NC (PRWEB) June 11, 2006 -- Matt Jones, Founder and CEO of FavoriteAgent.com, is to be the focus of an upcoming segment on CNN titled “Special Report: Changing the Way Real Estate Is Sold in America.” The show is a presentation of the innovative television series Pulse on America and is produced by Platinum Television Group.

Jones, who founded FavoriteAgent only two years ago, is the author of LCM: The Secret to Success in the New Age of Real Estate, as well as The Ultimate Listing Presentation, due to be published this summer. He began re-designing the traditional real estate model because it didn’t work for him, and it obviously didn’t work for the thousands of real estate professionals who had become disenchanted with the business. The key, he felt, was the Internet, and that realization was the beginning of FavoriteAgent.com’s unprecedented success story.

Matt Jones has been published more than a dozen times in Broker Agent News, the real estate industry trade publication that reaches more than 500,000 agents twice weekly via the Internet. He has also appeared on the cover of the Broker Agent News print magazine. Editor-in-Chief Chad Golladay is providing the Foreword for The Ultimate Listing Presentation specifically because Jones’ first book “fully introduced all of us to the phenomenally innovative concept that is helping revolutionize the way real estate is practiced today.”

In the spring of 2006, Jones was interviewed by Stu Taylor on Radio America Network’s “Equity Strategies.” That program reached approximately fifty-five million listeners and covered such topics as the FavoriteAgent.com customer- acquisition technology, its growth potential, and its team approach. Already, FavoriteAgent has signed more than 1000 agent partners (throughout the United States, as well as in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand), and there are plans to grow the network to 5000 markets over the next few years. In the company’s home town of Fayetteville, NC, it already has twice as many agents as its closest competitor.

Jones expects the CNN interview to help inform real estate professionals everywhere of the challenges and the options that will accompany the New Model of Real Estate.
