EOJT announces expanded production capabilty of up to 1,500 units per month of its proprietary ECM gear that defeats IEDs in expectation of receiving future customer contracts
Centennial, CO (PRWEB) June 22, 2006 -- EOJT, an OEM provider of proprietary Electronic Counter Measure gear, announces expansion of manufacturing capability.
EOJT announced today the expansion of its manufacturing capability for its proprietary electronic countermeasure gear. In a statement released today by EOJT CEO Jeff Bell, a brief summary of present and future capabilities was discussed, “At present, between our UK and US facilities, we have the capability of producing approximately 850 units per month within 60 days of receiving an order. By September 1, 2006 that capacity will increase to over 1,100 units per month; within 6 to 8 weeks of receiving an order after September 1 our combined facilities in the US and the UK will be capable of exceeding a production run of 1,500 units per month. The increased production capacity is required due to customer contract expectations over the next 12 – 18 months for our proprietary ECM gear.” Mr. Bell also remarked that additional capacity from one other location in the United States could be engaged to produce additional units if required by a customer contract.
This week EOJT and Tactical Electronic Services (TES) LTD announced a Strategic Partnering Agreement that enables EOJT to manufacture, market and sell TES’ proprietary Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) gear. TES currently provides ECM gear to the US DOD and has had gear deployed with the US DOD for over three years in several theaters.
