ALEX Resume Processing Pairs with Semetric Search Technology as Engenium Opens New Sales Channels

Salem, NH (HRMarketer/PRWeb) June 27, 2006 -- HireAbility(r), a leader in integrated recruiting software and services, announced today that it signed a partnership agreement with Engenium(r), the recognized leader in conceptual search technology. Under the agreement, the companies will co-market their solutions: HireAbility’s ALEX(sm) resume processing technology, and Engenium’s Semetric(r) search and clustering tools. The agreement heralds the opening of Engenium’s channels to multiple partners for marketing its solutions in the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) space.

The natural fit between ALEX and Semetric will enable end users to efficiently and accurately capture structured contextual resume data and use that data to achieve highly precise search results. ALEX’s ability to deliver and Semetric’s ability to utilize HR-XML formatted data, streamlines implementation of the combined solution.
