iEmulator.com is pleased to announce the immediate availability of iEmulator 1.7.9 as a Universal Binary, bringing Intel-Mac compatibility and greatly increased performance to the popular Mac-based PC emulation solution.

(PRWEB) June 28, 2006 -- iEmulator 1.7.9 now adds Intel-native support, bringing true high-performance PC emulation to Mac OS X, as well as a new, streamlined user interface and other requested features.

“Universal Binary support has been, by far, the most requested feature in the past few months” says Richard Peters of iEmulator.com. "iEmulator 1.7.9, our first Universal Binary, is rock-solid. We've tested this version more than all of the previous versions combined. We simply want to ensure that not only our existing PowerPC-based customers, but new customers using Intel Macs are as impressed with 1.7.9 as we are”.

iEmulator 1.7.9 is easier to use and to customize than older versions of the software.
A new user interface, based on customer requests and suggestions, is also featured. "iEmulator 1.7.9 is easier to use and to customize than older versions of the software." says John Czlonka of iEmulator.com. "New, crystal-clear icons and much improved documentation are two other items that our valued customers have been asking for, and we've delivered!". Despite regular updates and constant improvements, iEmulator’s price remains at $23.95 U.S., and all updates always have been and always will be free of charge to all customers.

iEmulator also includes all of the great features from previous versions of the software, including the ability to assign up to 1GB of RAM to each emulated PC, virtually instantaneous PC state saving and loading, full-screen as well as windowed mode, printing support, support for international keyboards, CD image as well as physical CD-ROM support, the ability to access Mac files and folders from Windows, audio support and support for running multiple instances of iEmulator simultaneously.

In addition, iEmulator.com continues to set the benchmark for customer support and service. From simple thank-you’s for a quick tip to comments like “iEmulator is fantastically easy to use. I was so glad to find such an affordable, user friendly program.”, “your support is second to none: friendly and amazingly quick!” and “I am dubbing iEmulator - the BEST way to run Windows.” iEmulator.com is proving that it has consistently set customer satisfaction as the goal above all else.

iEmulator is a high-performance PC emulator for the Mac OS X platform that has been available since November of 2004. For more information please visit http://www.iemulator.com
