Williams when she went to take care of her terminally ill mother and she told her a story about her grandfather. Those words captured in Billie’s creative mind became the beginning of a story for preteens called "Watch for the Raven." Unfortunately, Billie’s mother didn’t live long enough to see the book published but new generations will cherish her immortalized words.

With eleven published books and nine more under contract, Billie writes fiction, nonfiction and poetry.
