USB Call Recorder Makes Recording Phone Conversations to Computer a Snap

Phone conversation recording to your computer made simple with new USB plug-and-play device available wholesale through Telephone Magic.

Niagara Falls, NY (PRWEB) July 6, 2006 -- Companies looking to record phone conversations for legal, customer service or quality control can now use the Primo, Sparky or Casper USB Recorders for all their call recording needs. While call recording equipment has been used in a variety of industries for years, this new generation of phone conversation recording devices allows users to record direct to a computer, instead of to a cassette tape. By recording to a computer, recorded phone conversations can be easily searched and archived without degrading the original recording. And now, these USB call recorders are available at wholesale prices at Telephone Magic's website (http://www.telephonemagic.com/call_recording_equipment.htm).

“We used to sell phone call recording equipment mainly to lawyers, taxi companies and call centers” says Jeff Jackson, President of Telephone Magic Inc. “but in recent years, many more kinds of companies have seen the benefits of recording phone conversations. Companies that routinely accept orders and provide quotes over the phone such as florists, take-out restaurants and car dealerships are seeing the benefits of recording their phone calls. In many cases, a recorded conversation is the easiest way to resolve a customer misunderstanding. When customers know they’re being recorded, they’re less likely to claim the company made a mistake.”

USB Recorders provide a simple interface between the telephone and computer and take all the mystery out of recording a phone conversation. The base USB recorder model (Primo) offers the ability to record both phone conversations and regular conversations in your office (http://www.telephonemagic.com/call-recording-usb.htm). The “Sparky” model of USB recorder has a built-in headset jack. For businesses with multiple lines (such as call centers), the Casper model can record multiple lines to a single computer. This simplifies archiving and retrieval of recordings at later dates.

For more information on the Primo, Sparky or Casper USB Recorders or other digital and cassette-based phone conversation recording equipment, visit Telephone Magic’s industry-leading telecommunications equipment website at http://www.telephonemagic.com.
