San Diego, CA (PRWEB) July 7, 2006 -- San Diego attorneys Doug Pettit, Andrew Kohn, Tom Ingrassia, and Jennifer Lutz are proud to announce the creation and opening of their new firm, Pettit Kohn Ingrassia & Lutz PC. The firm opened its San Diego and Los Angeles offices on March 27, 2006, with eight attorneys in the San Diego office, and three attorneys in the Los Angeles office. The firm has added four additional attorneys since its opening.
Messrs. Pettit, Kohn and Ingrassia, and Ms. Lutz bring more than 50 years of litigation and consulting experience in the aggregate from Klinedinst PC to the new firm. All four were shareholders at Klinedinst PC prior to their departure. Mr. Kohn served as the Chief Operating Officer of Klinedinst PC for nearly four years, and brings that management experience to Pettit Kohn Ingrassia & Lutz PC. Mr. Ingrassia was Chief Financial Officer of Klinedinst PC from 1998 to 2003. Mr. Pettit was co-chair of Klinedinst PC’s professional liability practice group and the firm’s most experienced trial attorney, being involved in approximately 30 trials while at Klinedinst PC. Mr. Ingrassia and Ms. Lutz were co-chairs of Klinedinst PC’s labor and employment practice group.
Pettit Kohn Ingrassia & Lutz PC will focus in business litigation, emphasizing professional liability, personal injury, and employment litigation and counseling, all are areas of practice where the firm’s attorneys have previous experience and expertise.
