This highly-anticipated event will feature the latest back-to-school fashions by Macy’s, R Maxx Clothing, Puma and many more while raising money for the Show Me the Way Foundation (SMTWF) whose efforts are geared towards improving the foster care experience for kids and teens who have been orphaned by AIDS. “Orphaned kids and teens are lost gems in our society; SMTWF wants to help them find their way, and prove they are valuable” says founder Tashawnya Menefee.
SMTWF is dedicated to bringing HIV/AIDS awareness throughout Atlanta public schools while providing field trips to some of Atlanta’s premier attractions such as Six Flags, Georgia Aquarium and more. SMTWF gives our youth the essential tools for living through education and academic programs. “We know that youth who have been orphaned by AIDS can continue on with life, so we are giving them the tools for life ...” Tashawnya reveals.
Sponsored by Dunn’s Underwriters, Macy’s, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars of Atlanta and HOT 107.9, this innovative show will ignite choreography with personality and pizzazz.
