The conference will include keynote presentations by Tony Salvaggio, President of CAI, Nigel Arkwright, IT Director for Parcelforce Worldwide, Dr. Norman Fenton, author of "Software Metrics: A Rigorous and Practical Approach", John Riley, Managing Editor of Computer Weekly, and Grant Rule, Managing Director for Software Measurement Services, Inc. The venue for the conference will be the Savoy Hotel in London on September 27, 2006
