The Future of ERP -- Software As A Service

An exciting new product launch from a hosting inductry leader, now offering Enterprise Grade ERP software as a service for a low monthly rate.

Riverside, IL (PRWEB) July 14, 2006 -- Riverside Consulting Group, Ltd. announces today the launch of an exciting new offering for Software as a Service (SAS). With the announcement of new pricing for Microsoft Dynamics ERP software, Riverside Consulting is proud to now offer a Hosted ERP platform for small and medium business on the Microsoft Dynamics GP suite. This opens once costly ERP and Accounting software to the smallest of businesses for reasonable price. Bill Gates, Founder and CEO of Microsoft said, “If we're going to empower people in the best way possible, we've got to get into actual business processes, into the business roles” on news of the launch of the Microsoft Dynamics line.

The expansion of the enterprise-grade ERP system from its traditional home in the large enterprise space to now include the small and medium business space opens a whole new world of opportunity to companies once forced to settle for Peachtree or QuickBooks software. “Now even mom and pop can afford the piece of mind that comes from using the very best software in the ERP market,” said Steve Obuchowski, Founder and CEO of Riverside Consulting Group. “From $20 thousand to $20 trillion in revenue, does not matter. Everyone can afford the solid design and security of the Dynamics (suite) . . . with Riverside Consulting Group,” commented Joe Johnson, CTO of Riverside Consulting Group and manager of the company’s Hosting Unit.

All of this is made possible through the addition of the Microsoft Dynamics GP suite to the Service Provider License Agreement sponsored by Microsoft. This special agreement allows a hosting service provider to sell licenses to customers on a monthly subscription rate, as opposed to other license arrangements that require a large up-front investment for a perpetual license. “The SPLA has saved the SAS (software as a service) market and pushed Microsoft partners to the forefront with a stable and reasonable pricing model,” explains Diane Silva, Chairman of the Board for Riverside Consulting. “Microsoft gives us all of the necessary tools and prices the whole solution at a level often less then what an outright software purchase would cost. This means it is often less expensive to utilize a hosted service then to purchase and implement the software in a traditional manner,” finished Silva.

Riverside Consulting Group, while no longer the only company in this market space, is still the largest and a pioneer in the ERP Software as a Service marketplace. All interested parties are encouraged to contact Riverside Consulting Group online at their website www.riversidecg.com or via their sales phone number 708-442-6033. All media inquiries can be directed the Office of the Marketing Director.
