A Memphis-based company unveils a new DVD designed to teach viewers how to properly use an iPod. Its step by step approach takes the guess work out of operating the complex device.
Memphis, TN (PRWEB) July 23, 2006 -- For some, using new technology like iPods brings along fear, frustration, and discomfort. But a Memphis-based company this week unveiled a DVD designed to help ease the transition.
A company spokesman for Dittos Inc., said the DVD will teach viewers everything they ever wanted to know about using, enjoying, and troubleshooting their iPod.

Many users, however, have difficulty operating the device. That’s where some experts recommend a tutorial.
