A Memphis-based company unveils a new DVD designed to teach viewers how to properly use an iPod. Its step by step approach takes the guess work out of operating the complex device.

Memphis, TN (PRWEB) July 23, 2006 -- For some, using new technology like iPods brings along fear, frustration, and discomfort. But a Memphis-based company this week unveiled a DVD designed to help ease the transition.

A company spokesman for Dittos Inc., said the DVD will teach viewers everything they ever wanted to know about using, enjoying, and troubleshooting their iPod.

A simple search on wikipedia.org can give you the basic information about the iPod. “The iPod is a brand of portable media players designed and marketed by Apple Computer. The standard iPod model stores media on a built-in hard drive, while the smaller iPod shuffle and iPod nano use flash memory. Like many digital audio players, an iPod can serve as an external data storage device when connected to a computer.”

Many users, however, have difficulty operating the device. That’s where some experts recommend a tutorial.

“With Sneaky Little iPod Secrets, you can sit back and relax as our helpful instructor walks you through each step of each process and actually shows you how to do it on your iPod,” the Dittos spokesman said. “You may have thought that you’d never totally get the hang of your iPod, but full understanding is within your reach with the Sneaky Little iPod Secrets DVD.”

Joanna Solomon, of Myrtle Beach, S.C, said she used to feel left out and incompetent because she couldn’t figure out how to use her iPod, but said after ordering Sneaky Little iPod Secrets, she learned all she needed to know.

“My daughter bought me an iPod for Christmas last year, and I still hadn’t learned to use it by the time Mother’s Day rolled around. So she surprised me with the Sneaky Little IPod Secrets DVD on Mother’s Day. I watched it twice, with iPod in hand and iTunes loaded, and now I think I am a better iPod wizard than she is!”
