It’s no wonder MotherCare Catalogue, the largest specialty juvenile retailer in the UK, has rated it the number one stroller in the market. With its fast single-handed fold mechanism, lightweight and compact design, and excellent maneuverability, what busy parent wouldn’t want one parked in their garage? And it stands alone when folded, making it easy to store in tight places.
“We’re excited that the Micralite line will be offered in the US,” says Maine based marketer and dad Mark Woodbury – co-founder of sparkability.com – a website selling toys and modern furnishings for kids. “It has a great modern design that doesn’t compromise the important functionality that parents come to expect from a quality stroller.”
Currently there are two stroller models available. The Fast Fold Buggy is designed for children three months and older, and comes with a rain cover, extended hood with peep-through window and a net bag for under seat storage. The Newborn model is a lightweight and versatile carry cot that can easily be removed from the frame, while providing comfortable and flat transportation for the youngest members of the family.
Micralite has received the Practical Parenting “5 Star” award, and is described by Prima Baby Magazine and Mums Net as a “Best Buy.” It’s scheduled to be available in the United States starting this August, and no doubt will make countless parents (and grandparents and babysitters) delighted when they discover it’s clever features and stylish look.
