GICE Security Ltd enters into Covenant with PATMOS in Australia. PATMOS which is wholly owned by Lords of the Land, Australia has ANZ Bank as its covenant partner.

GICE Security Limited has secured exclusivity for all the global technology and security solutions for PATMOS on a worldwide basis. PATMOS which stands for Personal Access Through Multicultural Online Systems is a technology and lifestyle platform based on "Sharing the wealth “. Its aim is to bring the full suite of PATMOS FINANCIAL services and products online within 2 years to all global communities. The goal is to target 25 million members or more from the Pacific Nations including  the South East Asian countries.

The Philanthropic organizations who rely heavily on grants and donations to look after the needs of humanity when ever and where ever it may arise, can now take heart that there is now a more sustainable and commercial option, now available through THE PATMOS Program. The PATMOS platform is wholly owned by Lords of the Land Australia and the ANZ Bank has also entered into a Covenant Agreement.

Dr. Leonard M. Fernando, President of GICE Security Ltd and the visionary of the PATMOS vision, Mr. John Murray Ngatai also signed off on a Memorandum of Understanding which outlines how the execution of the covenant would be implemented. The covenant between the two parties has been a culmination of more than 8 years in the development.

Under the first phase of the PATMOS development projects totaling several hundred millions of dollars, GICE Security Ltd., New Zealand will be assumed under PATMOS. It would provide state-of-the-art security technologies and fast track its development of the GICE PACK Port Security Management system and the GICE Security portals to the PATMOS community and its members.

GICE Security Ltd will also be bringing in major market making members into its board of directors shortly. An announcement will be made upon the protocols being concluded in the Covenant manifest of PATMOS.
