Customer Retention Survey Services Expanded by Atlanta Marketing Research Firm

Polaris Marketing Research has expanded its customer loyalty and retention services with the addition of project managers Michelle Auda and Latasha T. Poindexter.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) July 30, 2006 -- Polaris Marketing Research announced today that Michelle Auda and Latasha T. Poindexter have joined the full-service marketing research firm as marketing research project managers, specializing in customer loyalty and retention survey services.

They will each oversee a team of data specialists for several important customer satisfaction ad hoc and tracking research studies. They will develop research plans, survey questionnaires and project schedules, as well as analyses, reports and presentations that provide implications and recommendations.

Our strategic plan is to provide clients more value in their projects with Polaris by offering sound business solutions based on research findings. Its success depends on building and retaining a pool of employees with outstanding skills, knowledge and experience

Poindexter was a marketing analyst for customer relationship management and for the channel strategy group at United Parcel Service before joining Polaris. During graduate school, she served marketing internships with the National Football League and Mercedes-Benz. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Clark Atlanta University and a bachelor of arts from Simmons College in Boston.

Auda was project manager and director of human resources for The Breast Health Clinic and project manager for the Barnes/Hollander advertising research firm before joining Polaris. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in communication from the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, N.Y.
