New Anxiety and Panic Website and Book Released By Ex-Sufferer Paul David

With the modern world around us changing so fast, the stresses and strains of life are affecting more and more people. This has caused a large increase in the numbers suffering from anxiety and panic disorders.

Huddersfield, Yorkshire (PRWEB) August 15, 2006 -- Anxiety and panic are very misunderstood subjects and many people find it almost impossible to receive any answers to their condition. They may suffer in silence for years rather than let anyone know how they are feeling. When they finally do reach out for help, they can be left feeling that the medical profession has failed them; they are usually offered medication and told to take it easy, but receive no answers to the reason why they feel like they do.

Ex-sufferer, Paul David, found exactly these problems during his years of searching and discovered what little information is available on the subject. He was one of the lucky ones who eventually found the road to full recovery.

After recovery, he was obsessed with the desire to help the many people worldwide who suffer from these debilitating conditions. This prompted him to build a website in order to bring increased awareness to this widespread, but largely ignored, subject.

“In order to break the cycle of fear and recover from these conditions, we must first be able to understand the reasons why we are trapped in the cycle,” said Mr David.

www.anxietynomore.co.uk was set up to educate people and help them understand why they feel like they do. It also explains the reasons why they are trapped in the cycle of fear.

Mr. David has also written a book about his recovery and subsequent findings on the condition. “A Life At Last" recently found its way to the owner and founder of ‘Hope,’ a large U.K charity that deals with anxiety and panic disorders, and they are now recommending his book to the many sufferers they support and help throughout the U.K.

“There are many people out there preying on people’s desperation to recover by offering miracle cures that just don’t work. A lot of anxiety is caused by habits that can be broken. The mind and body become tired through all the years of suffering and need time to regain their balance. All this can be done, but not overnight, like many people falsely claim.”

For more information on the subject or for more details of Paul David’s book, then please visit his website at: www.anxietynomore.co.uk.
