Recently, several scrap bookers, jewellers and arts and crafts enthusiasts joined the community, adding a new layer of diversity to the site.
Displayground.com was launched just a few months ago by photographer Wil Fernandez as an online creative community for individuals with creative interests such as writing, painting, photography and sculpture.
“I created Displayground.com so creative individuals everywhere can be a part of an online community where they can get to know other creative individuals, display their work, receive feedback on their creations and view the works of other creatives,” says Fernandez. “The nice thing about Displayground.com is that no person is restricted to one area of creative interest. A painter can also be a photographer, and a poet can also be a musician. Creative people often have multiple interests and creative outlets, so Displayground.com is my attempt at giving creative individuals, from beginners to professionals, a platform to showcase their creativity and be inspired.”
Membership to Displayground.com is free and individuals can join by visiting www.displayground.com . Once membership has been approved, members can display audio, video, images or text files of their work on the community gallery for other visitors and members to see and comment on.
