Triad Bank Experiences the Benefits of Cardinal Software's Teller Platform

Fulfilling part of its growth plan, Tulsa, OK based Triad Bank has expanded their relationship with Cardinal Software by implementing Cardinal’s Teller Platform.

Austin, TX (PRWEB) September 14, 2006 -- Fulfilling part of its growth plan, Tulsa, OK based Triad Bank has expanded their relationship with Cardinal Software by implementing Cardinal’s Teller Platform.

Triad Bank serves commercial and retail customers through two branches in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Triad Bank is unique in this area in that it tries to pay all checks brought into a branch. Because the new system provides access to a customer’s available balance throughout the day, bank officers, tellers and customer service representatives can see if a deposit has been made into the customer’s account after cutoff time so a decision to pay or not pay an NSF check can be made immediately. In the past, verifying the account status in order to make this decision was a time-consuming process. A desire to better serve customers between their two locations by eliminating this kind of time-consuming process is what prompted Triad Bank to look at Cardinal’s Teller Platform.
