Snowtide Informatics Systems has announced that PDFTextStream, its enterprise-class PDF content extraction library is now on sale through February 2007 to celebrate the New Year. Licenses for the software component, available for Java, .NET, and Python environments, may be purchased online at a more than 75% discount for the term of this special offer.

Holyoke, MA (PRWEB) January 4, 2006 -- Snowtide Informatics Systems, Inc. today announced that PDFTextStream, its enterprise-class PDF content extraction API, is now on sale through Feburary 2007 to celebrate the New Year. Licenses for the software component, available for Java, .NET, and Python environments, may be purchased online at a more than 75% discount for the term of this special offer.

PDFTextStream server deployment licenses are available for as little as $999 USD (optionally with Premium Support). Such licenses carry no CPU restriction, so they may be readily used in small development environments as well as in massive production deployments.

This is quite a deal . . . these unlimited-CPU server licenses usually cost more than $10,000 USD. That's quite an insane discount for the fastest and most capable text extraction API on the market, but I thought it was worth the chance - or, maybe we just had too much champagne to celebrate the New Year
