Prostate cancer is the number one cancer found in men, and although new herbal remedies have been recognized by medical researchers, pharmaceutical companies seem to be oblivious to the health concerrns of men. While recent studies show Capsaicin (the natural heat component found in hot peppers), to be a potential breakthrough in the prevention and treatment of Prostate cancer, no commercial drugs utilizing Capsaicin have been developed until now.

Albany, NY (PRWeb) January 8, 2007 -- Prostate cancer is the number one cancer found in men, and although new herbal remedies have been recognized by medical researchers, pharmaceutical companies seem to be oblivious to the health concerrns of men. While recent studies show Capsaicin (the natural heat component found in hot peppers), to be a potential breakthrough in the prevention and treatment of Prostate cancer, no commercial drugs utilizing Capsaicin have been
developed until now.

This new Prostate medication is marketed under the "Sinus Buster" brand name which features an exclusive line of Capsaicin based nasal sprays designed to relieve a variety of health issues. This new men's formula is designed to deliver complete prostate relief using a combination of proven herbal tinctures mixed with natural hot pepper extract.

Until we get a three phase clinical trial, we can't know exactly how our formula might affect cancerous prostate tumors, but according to recent Capsaicin studies, the potential looks great. We're looking to do a double blind study sometime in 2008
Not only is Sinus Buster Men's Formula the world's first Capsaicin based prostate supplement, but it's also the first over the counter (OTC) nasal spray aimed at preventing and relieving general prostate issues which affect (3 out of 4) men in their lifetimes.

According to the manufacturer (SiCap Industries), this new Prostate nasal spray is an important breakthrough for men's health. Over the past three years, the "Sinus Buster" name has become synonymous with Capsaicin (pepper) nasal sprays.

Today, the Sinus Buster product line includes pepper based nasal sprays designed to alleviate a variety of headache, sinus and allergy problems, but according to SiCap's management, this new prostate formula is perhaps their greatest invention.

"We use a unique combination of natural Capsaicin, Saw Palmetto, Pygeum Africanum, Maitake Mushrooms and Ginseng delivered through an intranasal application to achieve maximum results. In the form of a nasal spray, these herbals enter the body quickly and efficiently without side effects. This is the greatest breakthrough in prostate health ever concieved," says Roberto Sasso, Director of Operations for SiCap Industries.

The creation of Sinus Buster's Men's formula was born out of necessity according to the inventor, Wayne Perry.

"When I turned forty, I was diagnosed with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia known as BPH. In laymen's terms it's simply a swollen prostate. Although it's non-cancerous and not life threatening, a swollen prostate causes pain and it also effects urination and sexual performance. I was shocked to find out that eighty percent of men face this in their life times. BPH can be either bacterial or non-bacterial. Mine was non-bacterial -- so even antibiotics weren't helping. I was on Alpha Blockers which were somewhat effective, but my prostate wasn't under control until I started taking Saw Palmetto, Pygeum, Ginseng and Cayenne as supplements on a daily basis. That's when I decided to experiment with a nasal spray, and the results were fantastic," says Perry.

According to Perry, this hot pepper nasal spray has alleviated his prostate problems while also increasing performance.

"For me, hot pepper nasal spray has been like Viagra. My prostate feels great, and I don't get up to pee at night anymore, but best of all my sexual performance is better than when I was in my twenties".

The most important aspect of this new nasal spray may be its' potential for preventing prostate cancer. A recent study in Cancer Research showed that capsaicin directly killed prostate cancer cells, and curbed tumor growth. The research team found that capsaicin blocks certain chemicals that cause cancer cells to run wild. Although the capsaicin was injected directly into live cells in Petri dishes and mice, SiCap's research team theorizes that a nasal spray could far more effective than intravenous injection.

"Until we get a three phase clinical trial, we can't know exactly how our formula might affect cancerous prostate tumors, but according to recent Capsaicin studies, the potential looks great. We're looking to do a double blind study sometime in 2008," Perry adds.

Perry also points out that Capsaicin acts as a carrier for other therapeutic agents such as Saw Palmetto, thus increasing the effectiveness of drugs designed to heal the prostate. The new Sinus Buster Men's formula will launch exclusively on the official Sinus Buster website on January 12th. The new product should start showing up in stores as soon as February 1st.
