An advanced new paper bread bag machine is announced by Charles Shor, president and CEO of Duro Bag Manufacturing. Improvements include clear windows available in numerous locations, re-adhesive labels, and increased speed. The bags are available in a variety of sizes to suit most needs of the bread market.

Florence, KY (PRWeb) January 10, 2007 -- Duro Paper Bag's customers are celebrating an innovative European acquisition. The brand new bag machine is perfect for making advanced bags to hold and seal a greater variety of special gourmet breads. Bill Forstrom, Vice President of Manufacturing, announced this week that an advanced new bread bag machine, the RS 26, has been brought to the Duro production line.

"This RS 26 is state of the art, high speed, and flexible for making a wide range of bread bag sizes using the same machine. It can produce bags ranging from approximately 9" to 30". It also features mechanical attachments to make a clear window panel, perforated panel or side window panel all using the same machine."

Additional special features allow the machine to attach bag closures like re-adhesive labels and closure labels within the same production process speeding up bag output. These exciting capabilities, plus the lightning production speed, are crucial components of Duro Bag's award winning customer service. This addition fits right in with the goal of maintaining and increasing Duro Bag's competitive advantages in variety, capacity, quality and speed of delivery, according to Charles Shor, president of Duro Bag Manufacturing.

This RS 26 machine is designed by Holweg, a bag production machine firm based in Molsheim, France. With over one hundred years of experience in designing and manufacturing paper bag making equipment, the unit is a natural fit for the Duro line. It represents just one of many innovations and improvements currently being implemented by Duro Bag.

Specifications for bags from this machine are for producing dimensions ranging from 8.6 inches to 29.9 inches across a broad array of bag designs with gusset depths ranging between 0.5 - 4.0 inches. The machine can produce 800 paper bags per minute at maximum speed. Built and maintained to exacting standards keeps defects to a minimum. The increased speed and quality allows very competitive pricing for top quality bags.
