London, UK and Ottawa, ON (PRWeb) January 18, 2007 -- TrialStat Corporation (www.trialstat.com), a clinical data management on demand company, and Clinical Force (www.clinicalforce.com) today announced a strategic initiative to offer integrated EDC and CTMS solutions to European and North American contract research organizations (CROs) and pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. ClinicalAnalytics 4.0™ (CA), TrialStat’s on demand EDC platform, provides a suite of market leading features that help research groups collect and manage study data more quickly, accurately and cost effectively than traditional EDC software. This relationship fits well with TrialStat’s mission of being a clinical data management on demand company. CTMS integration is the next logical step in delivering a comprehensive solution.
“We are excited by the chance to partner with TrialStat to enhance what we offer our customers,” said Marcus Thornton, CEO, Clinical Force. “By forming a partnership with TrialStat, we can offer the industry a single on demand platform to more effectively and efficiently manage clinical trials. This agreement breaks new ground for our industry, in providing through the Web, an on demand integrated clinical trial management solution, significantly improving speed, efficiency and quality in the management and delivery of clinical trials.”

TrialStat and Clinical Force have begun integrating their applications and anticipate the availability of a jointly delivered solution this Spring. In addition, both companies will co-host a Webinar on January 22 that will discuss how companies can gain the clinical and business advantages of integrating EDC and CTMS. Individuals can register for the Webinar by visiting: www.trialstat.com.

CA 4.0 integrates the web and flexible data capture technologies, including image-based forms and handheld devices. It is the first EDC platform to allow all aspects of the study to be configured, deployed and managed through a browser-based interface, which enables customers to deploy studies in a matter of days.

Clinical Force’s CTMS solution provides everything needed to successfully manage clinical trials, including Study Management, Site and Subject Tracking, Visit Report Authoring, Investigator Database, Payments, Time and Expenses and many others. Fully web-enabled, the on demand CTMS can be deployed very rapidly and includes a feature rich offline client. The CTMS is modular so that organizations can deploy the solution incrementally, extending support to other business functions as and when needed. The solution can be deployed “out of the box” or customized to support client specific processes.
