The Phelon Group has expanded its executive team with the hiring of David Ambler and Debra Colombana. Ambler, who has worked as an extended member of the Phelon Group consulting team for three years, now leads the firm's burgeoning Voice of the Customer practice; Colombana is vice president of client and market development. Ambler brings over 20 years of experience to the team, and has worked with industry-leading companies such as Macromedia, Quark, Xerox, NEC and France Telecom. He has extensive experience in incorporating customer feedback into product launches and product marketing, as well as in corporate branding and in aligning sales and marketing programs. In leading the Voice of the Customer practice, Ambler will concentrate on expanding existing offerings, such as the Customer Perception Audit, as well as on introducing new services to help organizations gather and harness customer insight.

Colombana, with over 15 years of technology-related sales, go-to-market and management experience, has held senior sales positions for Dun & Bradstreet, Prism Solutions and Sprint Business Solutions and has implemented go-to-market strategies for executives at several emerging companies. Colombana is responsible for managing The Phelon Group's partner and alliance relations, maintaining relationships with clients and seeking out new opportunities for partners and clients with mid-market and enterprise companies.
