Management Mentors explores what makes a good mentor-mentee match in its upcoming Internet radio show on Friday, October 26, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. (EDT).

Chestnut Hill, MA (HRMarketer/PRWeb) October 24, 2007 -- Management Mentors discusses what goes into making good mentor-mentoree matches in its upcoming Internet radio show "Mentoring Matters: Mentoring in Today’s Business World" on the VoiceAmerica Business Channel on Friday, October 26, 2007, from 9-10 a.m. (EDT). People can listen directly from their PCs in the comfort of their homes or offices. Management Mentors’ shows will also be archived so listeners can listen whenever they want.

During Friday’s show, Management Mentors president Rene Petrin and his co-host Dave Carson will answer many of the questions surrounding the concept of good matches: what constitutes a "good" match? What are the pros and cons of self-matching versus assigned matching? What are some effective communication strategies to use when talking, listening, and negotiating the first, and perhaps awkward, moments as a new pair? For this show, Rene and Dave will also talk about some real matches they've seen and worked with...the good, the bad, and the ugly.
