(PRI), a Seattle-based safety and crisis management company, announced today that Kemper Development Company, a leading Northwest developer, has installed GuideSafe, PRI's web-based tenant safety system, into the first two of their key properties.
Kemper Development Company is the largest commercial real estate development and property management company in Bellevue, WA, and is currently using the tenant safety system in its Bellevue Place and Lincoln Square properties. Clark Rice, Kemper Development Vice President of Security, says the company plans on installing the system in many of their properties within a short period of time.
"What we were looking for was a way to reduce tenant office queries by providing tenants with an easy way to access up-to-date emergency information so they can handle daily disruptions by themselves. It's very difficult to update a paper binder that you hand out every once in awhile to your tenants," said Rice. "Using GuideSafe is much more efficient and helps significantly with the flow of business."
Rice said it was GuideSafe's ability to immediately post and update information that attracted them to the service, which is important during times of crisis when communication is critical.
